Workout Routine to Melt Leg Fat Away

1. Leg Squat. To perform a leg squat you need to place your feet shoulder width apart. Now start to lower yourself as if you were going to sit on a stool or chair. Keep your back straight and go down slowly until your legs are parallel to the ground. Start to raise back up slowly until you are in the same position you were in when you started your squat.


2. Calf Raises. To execute calf raises stand with your feet a few inches apart and your body straight. Raise your heels in the air as high as you can and then lower your heels back to the ground.
